Refund Policy

STANDARD PRODUCT PURCHASES

Standard product purchases such as tallits or any other items not identified or otherwise outlined in this policy, will be considered a standard product purchase. These products will follow the Returns, Exchanges, Damaged Products, and Order Cancellation sections.

REFUNDS

As these products are hand crafted, we do not accept or process refunds.

RETURNS

As these products are hand crafted, we will accept returns, but will not process any refunds.


EXCHANGES

We cannot process exchanges considered our products are hand crafted.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once you have paid your invoice, you may cancel your order within 7 days. If we have already purchased the material to hand craft your tallit, any refunds will be reduced by the material amount and any payment gateway merchant fees we may have incurred.

Once a refund is processed, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to your email address on file. Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for us to process your refund. Depending on the payment method, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund credit within 15 business days upon the refund confirmation email, please contact your bank or credit card company to ensure your account is able to receive a refund credit. If you still have not received your refund, please send us an email.
