This website is owned and operated by Living Tallits by iRimonim. By accessing or using this site, including purchasing products or interacting with any features, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all users and cover all current and future services provided through the site. 

Throughout the website, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Living Tallits by iRimonim. We offer this website (“Site”), including all information, products, and services available from us to you (“User”, “Client”).

This website offers the services of an online store, providing users with the opportunity to browse, purchase, and receive the handcrafted Living Tallits that are offered here.  Our services include, but are not limited to, website functionality, order processing and fulfillment, secure payment handling, and the provision of customer support.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: By accessing and using this website, you agree to comply with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Continued use of the site signifies your acceptance of these terms, including any updates or changes made to them. We reserve the right to modify or add to these Terms at any time without prior notice or explanation.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion and for any reason.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any product designs, in whole or in part, displayed on this site, or any Living Tallits purchased from Living Tallits by iRimonim.

You further agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any written content on our site without express written permission.

MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products, services, and materials are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any changes in price, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, per business or per order. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products, materials, or services to any person, business, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products, materials, or services that we offer. All descriptions of products, materials, and services, or their pricing, are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, materials, or services at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, materials, services, information, or other items purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations. 

i. Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours.

ii.  Balance Due: The final product will not be shipped until the balance is paid in full.

iii. Refunds/Exchanges/Repair: All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges are not offered. 

If you find a flaw in your Living Tallit upon receipt, we will repair it. To initiate the process, please contact customer support with photo or video evidence of the flaw. You are responsible for shipping the Tallit to us, while we will cover the return shipping. A "flaw" is defined as "clear evidence of the design not being firmly attached to the Tallit." Repairs must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

iv. Cancellations: If you decide to cancel your order after the deposit has been paid, simply contact us. Deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours.

If you cancel after materials for your Living Tallit have been purchased or construction has begun, the purchased supplies or finished product remain the property of Living Tallits by iRimonim and may be sold at our discretion.

v. Shipping: We ship all Living Tallits via USPS Priority Mail, with shipping costs included in the purchase price. A tracking number and insurance are provided to cover material expenses; however, USPS insurance does not cover the full sales price. If a shipment is lost and proof of loss is provided, we will recreate your Living Tallit once USPS settles the insurance claim. New materials will need to be ordered, and the timing of the recreation will depend on the current order queue.

You will be charged full price for any shipping outside the continental United States. 

vi. Timing of production / Order flow: Within 72 hours to 7 days, we will order the materials for your Living Tallit, most of which come from Latvia and Lithuania. Typically, it takes about 3 weeks to receive the materials. Once production begins, it usually takes 4-6 weeks to complete. However, production time may vary depending on the number of orders in the queue.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RUSH ORDERS

vii. Care & Laundering

Your Living Tallit comes with care instructions: wash by hand in cool to warm water, and dry flat. Use an iron with caution, as some metallic materials may melt. We are not responsible for any damage caused by laundering in ways other than as instructed, or for damage resulting from misuse.

viii. Tzit-tzit [fringe on the corners]: If the tzit-tzit need replacement over time, it will be done at your expense, based on the current price from our contracted vendor. You are also responsible for all shipping costs.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally, our website, materials, or services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, availability, and other details. We reserve the right to correct any errors, update information, or cancel orders if necessary, even after your order has been submitted. These changes may be made without prior notice.

PROHIBITED USES

Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not hyperlink to any part of this website (including logos, trademarks, or copyrighted material) or "frame" the website in any media, commercial or non-commercial. Any such activity requires our prior written permission. You agree to cooperate with us in removing or discontinuing such content if requested.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no representations about the accuracy or reliability of any results from using the service. From time to time, we may remove or cancel the service without notice. We do not guarantee that any material or content on our website is free from viruses or other harmful code.

Your use of the service is at your own risk, and the service is provided "as is"  without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no case will Living Tallits by iRimonim or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or any other damages arising from your use of the service or products.

If your actions on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram) negatively impact our ability to serve other customers, you agree to reimburse us for any resulting fees or lost revenue. In jurisdictions where limitations on liability are not allowed, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements providing you with services will be governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, USA. Jurisdiction and venue for any disputes will be in Torrance County.

CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

You can review the most current version of our Terms of Service on this page at any time. We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at our discretion. It is your responsibility to check for updates. Continued use of our website or service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

PROPRIETARY RIGHTS

The content, design, graphics, software, and all related materials on the website are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. Copying, redistributing, publishing, or selling any part of the website, content, products, or services is strictly prohibited. Automated retrieval, scraping, or data extraction to create a collection or database without our written permission is also prohibited.

You do not acquire ownership rights to any content, materials, or services viewed or received from our website. Posting information or materials on the site does not waive our rights to them. Our name, logo, and trademarks are owned by Living Tallits by iRimonim, and the use of any trademarks without permission is prohibited.
